Rescued puppy farm dog Cilla’s the coolest dog around. While the nation bakes in scorching temperatures, our friend Kathleen’s adopted dog Cilla shows us all how she stays cool! A few months ago Cilla was in a Welsh puppy farm. She’d been blinded by cataracts and like most puppy farm dogs, she was in a poor physical and mental state. All of that’s well behind her these days as she lays chilling by the fan, her eyesight restored thanks to the surgery provided by  Diana Brimblecombe Animal Rescue Centre from funds raised last year by Schnauzerfest supporters.
