A quiet beach walk
We’ve been wanting to get to the beach for ages, the girls love it but to enjoy a walk at our closest beach we have to set aside half a day as we don’t live close to the sea sadly. Today was the first chance we’ve had in ages to get there, we asked some of our schnauzer pals to join us but everyone was busy, so unusually for us we had a quiet schnauzer weekend walk, wonderful all the same.
The girls couldn’t wait to get down to the sand, sniffing all the way…….
Renae is always super excited when she hits the beach….Susie-Belle is too, but in her quieter, more collected way that she has, it can be harder to spot her excitement than it is Renae’s……..
……she prefers to get down to the more serious business of checking out the beach smells and her sister soon calms down and joins in the task…….
….but then along came a nice schnauzer chap and Susie-Belle decided to have a rare play…..
…..but the sisters soon decided to regroup and plan how best to…….
…….get the sea gull………………
…..it was a pleasant morning for us all, we finished it off with a fish and chip lunch, the best way to finish a beach walk, although Renae and Susie-Belle were disappointed with the meagre sized tasting portion they were allowed to share. They’re now home sleeping it off and dreaming of a seagull that got away.
