Let’s go out, it’s been snowing

We’ve woken up this morning to a blanket of soft, powdery snow and the girls love it! I was thinking we might not go out early as they’re off to Bruce’s Daycare for the morning, but no, they had definite plans to get out and enjoy a run with their pals in the park after nipping out in the garden for their morning wees.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by Susie-Belle’s enjoyment of the cold white stuff, as you can see in the video clip here, she’s as perky as perky can be this morning. Right now though, she’s snoozing in front of the fire awaiting their pick-up for daycare where no doubt they’ll both have a fantastic and chilly morning playtime with their Friday friends.  I’ll have the towels and bed warming for them when they come home at lunchtime so they can sleep the afternoon away dreaming of their snowy day of fun.
