Tiny heads with beaks

A bit of an interesting supper for Susie-Belle last night. I had a sort through the freezer and found a small container I’d put in there at Easter and forgotten about. Opening it up, I found a neat row of six quail neck and heads, complete with beaks. I now remember Michel preparing the quails in France and the girls enjoying these handy mini-schnauzer sized snacks. They went down well last night with both Renae and Susie-Belle but I will admit to being a little squeamish seeing a tiny bird head hanging out the corner of Susie-Belle’s mouth.
