1800 KM for a couple of walks
This year we have had some beautiful walks in fabulous scenery and locations. We make every effort we can to meet up with other schnauzers as Renae, Susie-Belle and Twinkle really love to meet others like them. I imagine many breeds like being around their own kind, it’s certainly apparent and very clear that schnauzers do. But I was thinking the other day that this year we have covered a remarkable amount of mileage and along the way met many wonderful dogs and their human companions.
Our most recent walk was of course all the way north over the border in Scotland, although we were located only just over the border in Dunbar, it was the farthest north I’ve yet been and certainly the most northern the girls have ventured to. And then there was our summer trip south to meet up with Gaspard, Watson and Rupert in France.
I just looked on google maps and it seems we have done schnauzer walks 1800 kilometres apart in 2013. That’s some kind of record for us.
