First ever trip to the Chilterns
We’ve just had a morning out in the Chilterns, which we’d never visited before and in fact didn’t realise that what is an official Area of Natural Beauty was so close to us, about an hour round the M25 and we were there.
We met our lovely friend Kate, with her gorgeous schnauzer boy, Rodders, here they are earlier in the year in the Peak District:
The girls were very lucky to have a little play at his house before we headed off to the woods to meet the lovely Lola. More on that in a second.
The Chiltern Hills lie between Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire and are protected as some of the finest countryside in the UK and after our little visit this morning, I can quite see why:
They kept themselves busy with all the smells……
…….although Rodders did occasionally find more interesting things to smell than leaves and logs…..
Lovely walk and very autumnal. Have a super Saturday.
Best wishes Molly
Looks like a fun outing

Beautiful scenery!
I bet you had so much fun in that, Susie!
Did you get to see walk on top of cobblestones? I bet that would’ve been pretty cool.
By the way, why do most of the names have the suffix shire in the middle?

Autumn leaves, schnauzer friends and lots of smells to enjoy. Sounds like a good day out to me – woofs and licks from Magic xx
