Tonight’s tea
I’ve realised that in the recent excitement of swimming, camping and holidays I haven’t mentioned for quite a while what Susie-Foodie girl has been eating, so a quick update’s in order.
Tonight she’s had one of her favourites, I call it “Liver Ratatouille” – it’s a blended mix of chicken liver with courgette, tomato, garlic and carrot, into which I stir a spoon of goats yoghurt and her flaxseed and fish oils.
It looks just like a coarse liver pate and she loves it.
Over the weekend, we played safe as we were camping and it was a chicken wing for breakfast with some of the left-over barbecued turkey escalope and a handful of Orijen kibble for supper each night. She did manage to stare me down each morning too whilst I had a naughty cherry bakewell tart and have a taste of the pastry….holiday food you know, always that little bit naughty.
