Flip Flops in February
It’s Valentine’s Day and although we tend to ignore it, not being very keen on a lot of overt display of commercialism, it has presented me with a timely justification of a special pair of earrings. Earrings are a bit of weak spot with me, I love them and am rarely seen not wearing a pair, so when I spotted these on the Animal Rescue Site I couldn’t resist.
They combine several loves of mine: earrings, beautiful sentiment and flip flops!
Going out with the girls at my side wearing my flip flops seems an awfully long way off as the British Isles steadily becomes the Oversoaked Sponge of the British Isles, but I can be hopeful wearing these flip flops that we may one day return to drier walks.
