We’re a’talking at WhitLit
Not long now till we head to the beautiful seaside town of Whitstable on the Kent coast to take part in the inaugural Whitstable Literary Festival. Susie-Belle and I are going to be interviewed by Whitlit’s Memoir Director, Marnie Summerfield Smith. Just as exciting as that, we’ll be sharing the event with Pen Farthing, Founder of the quite amazing animal rescue charity Nowzad, dedicated to animal welfare and rescue on Afghanistan. I’ve followed Nowzad’s work for a number of years and it’s a real pleasure to be invited to take part in something with them.
So, all in all it should be a great day out, and good opportunity to continue to raise awareness of what Susie-Belle’s story seeks to tell….
Will be talking about #puppyfarming + SusieB’s survival of it @whitstablelit on 10 May. Raising awareness @pupaid pic.twitter.com/DcBADi2rK5
