Pancake day
Oooops, only just realised it’s Pancake day (Shrove Tuesday). We can’t let this go by without offering Susie-Belle her first ever pancake. But what shall we make that’s the question. We tend to avoid sweet stuff with her seeing as she’s already lost a few of her teeth from the bad times in the puppy farm, so I think my favourite lemon and sugar will be off the menu for her.
Maybe a version with some chopped liver, or chicken might be more her thing. Will ask the chef to experiment when he comes home and will report back later as to how well Susie-Belle’s pancake day goes. I’m sure she’s not going to be disappointed.
